Mercedes Club emphasizes small, intimate group settings to provide personalized attention and support. Classes are designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence, while incorporating full-body conditioning, bag work, and functional fitness. To participate in boxing classes, Members are required to reserve their spots in advance. Reservations can be made online up to 48 hours before the class starts.
