YIN YOGA

This 60-minute, slow-flow yoga class uses long-held, floor-based poses to gently stretch and strengthen the body’s connective tissues—including ligaments, joints, and fascia. Yin Yoga promotes deep relaxation and stillness while calming the nervous system. Ideal for all levels, this grounding practice is the perfect balance to more intense workouts and the fast pace of everyday life.
