Kimber brings her personal experience, and professional expertise to helping you overcome obstacles and move SUSTAINABLY to your goals. Kimber has been in the health field since 2008, beginning with Pilates and expanding to TRX, Barre, Axle and other modalities along with Food & Mindfulness Coaching. Kimber has worked in NYC, Hong Kong, Japan, and with remote clients.
Kimber holds certifications in STOTT Pilates, Steele Pilates, TRX, Axle, Pre & Post Natal Pilates, and Precision Nutrition. Beyond the wellness world, Kimber was a Consultant on Wall St.
She holds a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, and a Bachelors of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
